Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay current on industry best practices.

What You'll Need to Succeed

* Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and provide personalized support.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
