What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service through empathy, active listening, and effective communication
  • Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or team leaders as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

A Typical Day in Your Role

* You'll start your day by reviewing your schedule and prioritizing your tasks

  • You'll answer incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers, using your excellent communication skills to resolve their issues
  • You'll conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • You'll work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • You'll participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

* At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications
  • High-speed internet connection (>25mbps) and a hardwired connection to your home router
