The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Success Lead at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in empowering underserved families to access the care they need. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our family empowerment function, driving the training pipeline and pushing families to reach their maximum potential. You'll be the go-to person for families navigating the healthcare and training maze, providing guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and drive the family empowerment function, managing the training pipeline and pushing families to reach their maximum potential
- Uplift our families, guiding them through the healthcare and training maze and providing support and encouragement
- Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams across careerzynith to further our mission
- Build a thriving community, coordinating meet-ups, introducing families to each other, and organizing events, seminars, and conversations that empower families to rely on one another

Requirements:
* At least 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience in a professional role, with a strong track record of driving results and exceeding expectations
- Excellent project management and process execution skills, with the ability to handle complex and cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in business analytics and performance measurement, with a strong understanding of tools and metrics
- Deep empathy, endless tenacity, charisma, and patience, with a passion for delivering life-changing care to families in need
