The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong phone presence, and be able to seamlessly transition between languages depending on the customer's needs. You'll be comfortable with high-volume calls, think fast on your feet, and troubleshoot effectively to keep customers reassured every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every customer feels heard and supported

  • Troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively, keeping customers informed and reassured throughout the process
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, even in high-pressure situations
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a remote customer support role, ideally in fintech or tech startup environments

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Proficient with support tools like Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
  • Customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high sense of urgency and a hands-on, team-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools

  • Knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry
  • Familiarity with fintech and payment solutions
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $25 - $28 per hour.
