Job Summary
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that our clients' online presence is always up-to-date and accurate.
Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to drive revenue from their website traffic
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills are a must, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems
Requirements
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Must live within the state listed in the posting (Corpus Christi, TX)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions, as this is a remote position
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Strong internet connection and reliable computer equipment
