About the Role:

As a Client Customer Service Assistant at careerzynith, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat. Your primary role will involve addressing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and efficient manner. You'll also be responsible for providing accurate information about our products, services, and membership benefits, processing orders, returns, and exchanges, and collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for members reaching out via phone, email, or chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and membership benefits.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of careerzynith product offerings and policies.
  • Document interactions with customers in our CRM system for tracking and analysis.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about updates and best practices.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:

* At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on remote or virtual roles preferred. * Previous experience in a retail or membership-based environment is advantageous. * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online customer service tools is a plus.

Skills and Qualifications:
