Key Responsibilities

As a Content Moderator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
  • Managing the registration process, ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for travel
  • Labeling luggage and performing lifting tasks that involve moving items from scales to transportation lines
  • Practicing security-conscious behaviors in every functional cycle and process
  • Assisting customers with seat availability, gate declarations, flight status, checking and handling luggage, making arrangements, and starting the boarding process
  • Working stream-lined ways to get passengers ready before airplane arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and operating airplane doors

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A strong commitment to safety and security, both for yourself and others
  • A willingness to work with diverse groups of people, thinking, and styles
  • The ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 80 pounds
  • A valid passport and authorization to work in the country you're applying to
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on grammar, tone, and expression
  • Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written (desirable)
