About the Role
As a Customer Banking Specialist in our Castletown Branch, you will be the public face of careerzynith, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. Your primary focus will be on providing in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice. You will also be responsible for supporting customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts, and processing applications for credit products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs and provide personalized solutions
- Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts, and process applications for credit products
- Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes
- Educate and demonstrate our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers
- Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes, procedures, and driving our risk-adverse culture

- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitality
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way

Please note that rosters are predetermined. Before applying, please ensure you are available to cover the following roster:
- 20 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 12 pm - 4 pm
