Job Summary

As a Customer Benefits Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, interacting with clients through various channels to provide exceptional service, product knowledge, and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing product information, demonstrations, and training to clients
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences
• Analyzing client feedback and making recommendations for process improvements

Key Responsibilities:
