Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team at careerzynith. As a representative of our airline, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure exceptional travel experiences. You'll work remotely, providing timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, or chat, and assist with reservations, resolve issues, and provide technical assistance to enhance our customers' travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with Sales and Reservations: Assist customers with making reservations, understanding fare structures and policies, and provide guidance on travel options.
  • Offer Technical Assistance: Help customers navigate our website, mobile app, and digital tools, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience.
  • Maintain a Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Record Customer Interactions: Record customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to work independently in a remote environment and proficiency with computers, including reliable high-speed internet connection, quiet, distraction-free workspace, and a computer with updated operating system and sufficient memory.
  • Language Skills: Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Spanish, French, or Mandarin.
