- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis, with the ability to maintain this authorization in the future
