Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Investigating the nature of incidents being claimed, evaluating inspection reports, photos, and previous service invoices to determine the best course of action
• Entering data detailing the events and damage related to the incident, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
• Reviewing the claim-holder's warranty to determine what should be covered, providing clear explanations and recommendations to customers
• Coordinating the services of mechanics to ensure prompt and effective repairs, negotiating claim settlements with claimants as needed
• Meeting performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ years of prior experience in a similar role or call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service
• A willingness to accept new challenges and adapt to changing situations
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Analytical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions
• A strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job
• Ability to handle conflict and difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy
• Sound computer skills or the ability to quickly learn new software, including CRM systems and other tools
