Job Summary
As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, providing exceptional support and creating memorable experiences. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide creative solutions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity
Schedule and Work Environment
* Work a 4-day schedule, with each shift being 10 hours long (40 hours per week)
- Choose from the following schedule options:
+ Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time + Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time + Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time + Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
- Work from the comfort of your own home, with a secure and quiet workspace and a strong Internet connection
- Receive all necessary equipment and support from careerzynith
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60 days
- 2 weeks paid time off per year

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong product knowledge and technical skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
- Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related products
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with CRM software or other customer service tools
