Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to join our careerzynith team, specializing in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. As a Customer Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership to customers around the world, ensuring their IT environments are optimized and healthy. You'll work in a consultative manner to avoid future issues, providing guidance on best practices, risk assessments, migrations, and remote and dedicated support services.

Key Responsibilities

* Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Diagnostics and Analysis: Utilize diagnostic tools to analyze and identify the root cause of technical problems, ensuring a quick resolution.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to understand their challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Best Practices: Advise clients on best practices for implementing and using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to achieve optimal performance and business outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues that require cross-functional expertise.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, solutions provided, and common troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications

* Proven Experience: Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including troubleshooting and optimization.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Independence and Prioritization: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

What We Offer

* Competitive Salary: The base salary range for this position is $92,250 -$120,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
