The Role

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support through a variety of channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-app chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Developing a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, using this insight to inform product development and process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Financial Crime and Product Development, to identify and address customer concerns
  • Identifying and investigating potential security threats, working closely with our Financial Crime team to mitigate risks
  • Supporting new joiners and mentoring colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
