Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Operations Associate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers via phone to assist with inquiries and resolve issues
- Providing accurate information regarding orders, billing, and other account management tasks
- Demonstrating empathy and understanding in all customer interactions
- Documenting customer interactions and following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members and leadership to improve customer experience
Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be located in Kentucky
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A continuous learner mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
