Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Relations Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online
- Matching the perfect product to the client's needs, using your knowledge and expertise
- Building strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
- Completing training and onboarding process (approximately 10-15 hours) to learn our products and services
- Working independently with light support as needed
- Meeting sales targets and performance metrics
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with light support as needed
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong sales background and track record of meeting sales targets
