Job Overview
careerzynith's Customer Service Teams are the face of our company, interacting with customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders to provide top-notch support. As a Customer Service Associate IV, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of pre-sales and post-sales service functions, including managing backlog orders, investigating customer complaints, and promoting careerzynith's products and services. Key Responsibilities
• Manage Backlog Orders and Open Orders: Communicate late deliveries to customers and internal teams as required, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
- Investigate Credit and Debit Requests: Analyze customer queries and issue credit or debit as necessary, maintaining accurate records and resolving issues efficiently.
- Answer Technical Queries: Utilize online technical references and offer alternatives using available resources to provide expert support to customers.
- Drive Corrective Actions and Improvement Projects: Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to raise customer satisfaction levels, contributing to careerzynith's growth and success.
Education and Experience
• 4+ Years of Related Work Experience: We're looking for individuals with a strong background in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive Base Salary: $46,800 - $70,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Total Compensation: Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
