Key Responsibilities

Feedback and Reporting:

Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to management, contributing to enhanced service delivery and client satisfaction. -

Learning and Development:

Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs to continue building knowledge and skills relevant to the banking industry and customer service excellence. Be proactive in seeking additional resources for personal growth. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience. -

Compliance Adherence:

Requirements

Experience:
