Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations
• Practicing good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership
• Taking ownership of customer shipping needs and offering viable solutions
• Taking action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
• Operating all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and being willing to teach others
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• Outstanding phone skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Must have reliable transportation
