Your Role as a Customer Service Associate

As an careerzynith Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers with your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and/or email
• Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts
• Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

• Right to work in the Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
• Experience working with a computer
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
• Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary: €15.50 per hour

• Up to €800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only)
• Salary increase after 6 months tenure
