Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including:
- Providing solutions to customer service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities
- Answering general customer service questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Owning all customer interactions, with a goal of one call resolution
- Providing empathetic and personalized service to customers, focusing on their unique needs and concerns

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively engage and listen to customers
- Desire to provide empathetic and personalized service to customers, focusing on their unique needs and concerns
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
