Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate services or a related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate services or registered agent industry

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
