Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Agent Work From Home - Remote Panelists, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
- Engaging in discussions on various topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss them prior to the meeting date
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating in online or in-person discussions, depending on the study requirements
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Customer Service Representative Agent experience is not necessary
