As a Customer Service Representative and Remote Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in supporting our data entry function. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry on computers, including typing, faxing, and deleting data entry mistakes
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program strategies and ensuring timely data entry and file management
  • Operate data entry devices to perform a range of keypunching data entry and verification tasks
  • Review and confirm data before entry, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Perform daily audits and data entry adjustments to ensure data integrity
  • Train new data entry employees on computer systems and data entry procedures
  • Establish relationships with clients to ensure data entry is completed accurately and efficiently

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or formal education not necessary
