Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Chat Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued passengers via chat communication. Your primary duty will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

Key Skills and Qualifications

- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work - Persuasive communication skills to effectively address customer needs - Ability to work well in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a chat support or customer service role - Knowledge of airline industry policies and procedures - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
