Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing information passage and patient enrollment, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and working under direct management. You will be liable for utilizing careerzynith's pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data, and your responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned department.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize careerzynith's solution information passage techniques and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into the proper system.

  • Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling.
  • Investigate to acquire missing remedy data, and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes).
  • Settle all information passages related to special cases.
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, talks, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
  • Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement prerequisites.
  • Settle on phone decisions to guarantors and others to get data, gain abrogate endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs.
  • Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas.
  • Identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as fitting.

Essential Qualifications

* High school recognition or GED.

  • Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and close down PC, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).
  • Essential web search tools skills to include opening a program, composing URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
  • Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
  • Ability to convey recorded as a hard copy and verbally.
  • 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications

* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least a year and a half experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as conceded by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Middle to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing files).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
