Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Process data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, meeting or exceeding productivity standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet productivity and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse client populations, including customers with disabilities
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
