Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our careerzynith team. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our customer base.
• Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to provide personalized solutions.
• Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current careerzynith customers interested in our products and services.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
• A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during peak periods.
• One or more of the following preferred qualifications:
• Experience working in a commission-based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.
