Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on customer service, business, or a related field.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
