Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Processing customer orders in accordance with established company standards and procedures.
• Resolving routine and complex problems, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
• Displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers.
• Documenting activity in our DDF system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Consistently checking DDF screens for report results to call back to customers.
• Entering orders manually via our fax process and operating the phone system effectively.
• Adhering to work schedules and performing other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Ability to work independently and as a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and execute them efficiently.
• Ability to type 35-40 words per minute, with strong computer knowledge and proficiency.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Medical terminology experience preferred but not required.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• High-speed internet access for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and support.
• Experience with medical terminology and coding.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and software, including CRM and DDF systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting customer needs and resolving issues.
