We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Home or Office Tele Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients. This position offers the flexibility to work from home or in the office, depending on your preference. As a Home or Office Tele Chat Support, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing a positive and supportive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat support, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions

  • Provide clear and concise information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Escalate issues as needed, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve chat support skills and stay up-to-date on careerzynith's services and policies

Key Performance Indicators:

* Respond to customer inquiries within a designated timeframe

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications:

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment + Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus + Proficiency in computer applications and chat support platforms

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
