Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs and systems simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required for remote work

* 1+ year of work-from-home experience

• Call center experience or knowledge of call center software and systems
• Typing and computer navigation skills
