Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from careerzynith subscribers, providing clear, friendly, and efficient support. - Assist with troubleshooting technical streaming problems, including issues with content access, billing, and account setup. - Guide users through password resets, billing questions, and other common issues. - Document interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Must reside in or near Corpus Christi, TX and be eligible to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or GED required. - Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner. - Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, with minimal supervision. - Basic proficiency with technology and digital tools, including CRM software and communication platforms.
