  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues
  • Customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems, including our customer service software and other tools
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
