Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and other communication channels
- Meet or exceed daily quotas for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats
- Record detailed notes of customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best possible customer experience
- Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge
- Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
- Maintain consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills
