Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for engaging with passengers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues related to travel bookings, flight information, baggage, and more.   • Baggage Handling: Assist with baggage-related inquiries, tracking, and claims.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and document passenger feedback to help improve our services continually.
