Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to customers
- Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including resolving issues and answering questions
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience that leaves a lasting impression on our customers

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 18 years of age
- Flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work in a noise/distraction-free environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up)
- Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- Working phone line (home phone or mobile)
- Desk and ergonomic chair
Equipment and Internet Requirements
* 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
- Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
- Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
- Desk and an ergonomic chair
Location Requirements
* Must live in the United States
- Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings
