Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with careerzynith, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and where you work, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
• Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and provide sound solutions
• Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service
• Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
• Providing a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based pay and other incentives, including:

Application and Certification Process
