Job Summary
We're seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our virtual support team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll serve as the first point of contact for guests across careerzynith platforms, including theme parks, streaming services (careerzynith+, Hulu, ESPN+), and merchandise. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to questions, resolving concerns, and guiding customers with empathy, clarity, and the brand integrity that careerzynith is known for.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
