As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing seamless and friendly experiences for our customers. Your day will be filled with a variety of transactions, from answering questions to resolving issues, all while maintaining a high level of expertise in our store environment. • Assist customers with a variety of transactions, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment, including our point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management tools

- Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling satisfied
- Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance, and resolution of issues

Management Level
This role is part of our Individual Contributor Track, with a management level of 9. The hourly wage range for this position is $16.05 - $16.70, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
Commission Structure
