Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work at Home with careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our products and/or services
- Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services
Work Environment
As a work-at-home representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own private residence, located within 45 miles of Charleston, WV. careerzynith will provide the necessary equipment, including a webcam, to ensure you have everything you need to conduct your work effectively. You'll need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection – DSL or Cable only, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.
Physical Demands
As a customer service representative, you'll be working in a sedentary environment, with constant use of a phone and computer systems. This role requires minimal physical activity, making it an ideal opportunity for those who prefer a more relaxed work environment.
