Responsibilities

As a work-from-home chat support representative, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers via email and live chat to address their inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts
  • Answering customer questions and providing sales links
  • Offering discounts and promotions to customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Working closely with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns

Key Skills and Qualifications
