Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
• Proficiency in using software tools, such as CRM systems, email, and phone systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
