Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional service to our plan members through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be responsible for answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring our members better understand their coverage and options. Your skills and knowledge will help simplify their health care experience, making a meaningful impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to emails and chats from plan members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans

  • Provide accurate and timely information on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Offer solutions to help plan members navigate their coverage and options
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve member inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

careerzynith offers a competitive salary range of $17.00 - $27.90, depending on experience, education, and geography. In addition to your compensation, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
