Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing customer transactions, including ticketing, baggage handling, and travel documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or travel industry setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Bilingual language skills a plus in certain locations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security clearance (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service role

  • Working knowledge of Sabre or other travel industry software
  • Experience working in a high-volume call center environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
