Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Social Media Creation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating engaging social media content. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service via phone, chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating high-quality social media content, including graphics, videos, and social media posts, that align with careerzynith's brand and messaging
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase engagement and drive business results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of social media campaigns
  • Analyzing social media metrics and providing insights to inform future content and strategy decisions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong academic record, with a focus on graphic design, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience with 3D design tools, such as Blender
  • Familiarity with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager or Hootsuite
  • Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and captions
