Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Account Ownership: Own the success, retention, and expansion of high-potential customer accounts, working closely with Product, Delivery, Support, and leadership to drive alignment and unblock progress.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute customized success plans to meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring alignment with careerzynith's business objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, value-based relationships with senior-level stakeholders, including C-level executives, department heads, and other key decision-makers.
  • Communication and Influence: Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and updates to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned with careerzynith's vision and goals.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze customer data and market trends to inform business decisions, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize customer success strategies.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll need:

6+ years of experience

in account management, customer success, or strategic consulting roles within an enterprise SaaS or Healthtech environment.

Demonstrated ability

to manage and grow complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and technical workflows.

Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills

, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.

Proven track record
