About Your Role

As a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 60-75 existing customer accounts, working closely with end-users to ensure seamless implementation, onboarding, and product adoption. You'll also be responsible for reviewing customer metrics, developing advanced knowledge of the customer, product, and industry, and contributing to internal projects that improve operational infrastructure.

What You'll Do

* Manage a portfolio of 60-75 existing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive satisfaction and adoption.

  • Work with end-users to implement, onboard, and adopt our products, ensuring a seamless and successful experience.
  • Review customer metrics for product adoption, client satisfaction, and customer goals, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop advanced knowledge of the customer, product, and industry, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Contribute to internal projects that improve operational infrastructure, ensuring that our processes and systems are efficient, effective, and scalable.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to create new product features that reflect the voice of our customers, driving innovation and growth.

Qualifications

* 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years in a relevant customer success management role.

  • Experience communicating with clients in written and verbal form, with a strong ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
  • Experience leading client-facing meetings and presentations with multiple attendees of various levels, including executives.
  • Passion for contributing to the customer's success with a product or service, with a strong desire to make a positive impact.
  • Demonstrated competence in prioritization of time, resources, tasks, and people in order to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Experience learning advanced knowledge on technical subject matters and a curiosity to grow in knowledge.
  • Motivated by change and comfortable with an evolving work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits

* U.S. base salary range: $86,000 - $100,000.
