Job Summary

As a Customer Support Advisor at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

• Fielding inquiries and addressing customer pain points in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Delivering high-quality service in every customer interaction, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
• Conducting inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control tasks
• Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

• Address customer pain points and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner
• Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions
• Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control tasks
• Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

• 18+ years of age to meet our company's age requirement
• Must pass a background check to ensure your safety and the safety of our customers
• High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
